Four (4) years of professional or technical experience in facilities design and construction with Bachelor's degree; OR Six (6) years of professional or technical experience in facilities design and construction with Associate degree; OR Eight (8) years of professional or technical experience in educational facilities design and construction with the High School Diploma.
