Job Overview

The CRM Targeting Production Assistant supports the Retention Marketing Team in driving growth and optimizing customer lifetime value through owned media. The team oversees the customer contact strategy, lifecycle, and end-to-end campaign execution across retention channels including Email, Mobile, Site Targeted Content, Direct Mail, and POS. Specifically, the Assistant executes targeting for Mobile and POS Channels, handling promotional, editorial, loyalty, and credit-related messaging. This role plays a crucial part during busy Holiday periods, requiring adaptability and resourcefulness for efficient teamwork.

What You Will Do
  • Configure segments and filters for all retention marketing campaigns in the CRM tool (SAS), covering email, mobile messaging, site personalization, direct mail, and targeted offers.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks on mobile campaigns and business rules with team members to ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with other CRM team members to optimize targeting and execution approaches for campaigns.
  • Support in providing campaign response metrics and post-performance insights to marketing strategy partners.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors to manage daily campaign operations status.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and communicating CRM tool issues with CRM and Marketing Systems teams.
  • Perform additional responsibilities and participate in creative and technical projects as assigned.

Skills You Will Need

Marketing Campaign Management: Experience in configuring segments and filters for retention marketing campaigns across email, mobile messaging, site personalization, direct mail, and targeted offers using CRM tools like SAS.

Collaboration and Optimization: Strong teamwork skills to collaborate with CRM team members in optimizing targeting strategies and execution approaches for campaigns.

Analytical and Reporting Skills: Proficiency in providing campaign response metrics and post-performance insights to inform marketing strategy decisions.

Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database applications. Ability to leverage technology for campaign execution and analysis.

Communication and Organization: Strong communication, organizational, and prioritization skills to effectively manage tasks and meet deadlines in a cross-functional, team-based environment.

Problem-Solving and Initiative: Proven ability to identify, resolve, and escalate issues as needed, with a proactive approach to challenging the status quo when appropriate.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to apply strategic thinking, analytical reasoning, data interpretation, and financial acumen to campaign planning and optimization.

Attention to Detail: Heavy focus on quality assurance with meticulous attention to detail to ensure campaign accuracy and effectiveness.
