Location: Medical Center - Fort Worth Department: Cln-Foster Care Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Standard Weekly Hours: 40 Summary: The Program Coordinator is responsible for the development, coordination and implementation of the Fostering Health Program protocol and intake process. The work promotes community relationships through collaborative partnerships working with diverse populations, prioritizing high-risk children and families. The Program Coordinator serves as a resource to patients, families, the community leadership and system partners to identify target audiences to communicate program goals and accessibility. Requires some weekend/evening work and occasional travel in the ten-county Region 3B service area as assigned by The Department of (Tarrant, Johnson, Hood, Parker, Wise, Denton, Palo Pinto, Erath, Cooke).
