Your role: We're looking for experienced and enthusiastic Videographer to join our team in Walnut Creek, CA. This is a full-time in-house position where you will create and produce videos to be used in marketing for internal and external communication campaigns.

Your work:
  • Responsible for creating and developing video content using strong storytelling and video production skills.
  • Plan and execute all stages of video production pipeline, including pre-production (concept development, storyboarding) production (cinematography, directing) and postproduction (editing, sound design, color correction, animation, motion design.)
  • Supports small-scale studio production in Walnut Creek, CA. Including but not limited to maintaining a video studio, teleprompter usage, directing "talent," for live and recorded productions.
  • Engages in postproduction activities such as editing, implementing motion graphics and publishing finalized videos to desired platform.
  • Partners effectively with team members, subject matter experts, executive-level "talent" and other stakeholders to provide progress updates, make revisions, and refine workflows.
  • Utilizes project management, collaboration skills, and organizational abilities to work with diverse team members to meet deliverables, and track progress.

What would make us excited about you?
  • 4+ years of experience with executing video-based production (camerawork, lighting, audio, editing).
  • Bachelor's degree, and/or professional certifications in related fields such as video production or film.
  • Experience with 2D motion graphic design for animated explainer videos (a plus)
  • Experience with Adobe CC suite required.
  • Experience with production in a studio environment, including grip, gaffing, sound recording, microphone placement, lighting design, teleprompter usage and cinematography (preferred).
  • Experience with live stream/broadcast environments (live camera work, technical directing, AV engineering.)
  • Robust organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed to interact with and direct all levels of staff (including c-suite executives) and other stakeholders.

  • This role can work remotely but will be needed in office approximately 20% of the time (on an as needed basis).

The national average salary range for this position is $89,000 - $99,000. However, we have a location-based compensation structure. Our salary ranges vary and are calculated based on county of residence. The full salary range for this position across all the states we hire in is $79,000 - $119,000. This role also includes an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 8% of eligible pay.
