The Centre for Oncology Data Excellence is dedicated to delivering top-tier, scientifically rigorous research to support the Global Medical Evidence Generation organization. Within CODE, the Oncology Data Strategy team plays a crucial role in developing global, cross-tumor data strategies and conducting tumor-level analysis for assets and brands. These data assets and strategies are important for answering key clinical questions and supporting reimbursement submissions. As the Director of Global Oncology Data Strategy, you will report to the Head of CODE and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand priorities and drive the execution of data strategies tailored to different regions and stakeholders. The ODS team is responsible for creating and implementing data strategy plans for three key regions: US, EUCAN, and ROW. Accountabilities

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $185,000 to $278,000. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
