What You'll Do The Global Clinical Head for Immunology Cell Therapy holds a senior leadership position within a new and dynamic organization at AstraZeneca. This is an exceptionally exciting and prestigious role, contributing significantly to AstraZeneca's global objectives and the value targets of our portfolio. Reporting directly to the Head of Immunology Cell Therapy in Boston, this individual will also be a pivotal member of the leadership team. As the Global clinical head, they are responsible for spearheading the program and related studies in immune-mediated diseases. The GCH is the most senior medical scientific expert on an asset/product/indication team and is a core member of the Franchise Team (if applicable) and/or the Global Product Teams (GPT). Moreover, this role offers the outstanding opportunity to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams at the enterprise level, including Oncology, Alexion, and several development partners, thereby improving the overall impact and reach of the position. The annual base pay (or hourly rate of compensation) for this position ranges from $309,354 to $464,031.Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
