As a Program Manager for DAA US Army Programs here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in guiding and managing the DAA programs for the US Army. You will be accountable for overseeing the successful execution of these programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering high-quality solutions to our customers. Your strong guiding skills, strategic thinking, and ability to work with cross-functional teams will be essential in achieving program objectives and driving customer satisfaction.

You will report directly to our Senior Program Manager, and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our DAA programs, ensuring their alignment with customer needs, regulatory standards, and Honeywell's business goals. You will be accountable for managing program budgets, schedules, and resources, as well as overseeing risk management, stakeholder relationships, and program performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Planning, sourcing, monitoring, and reporting of resources (i.e., labor, services, facilities, and materials)
  • Program/project documentation, cost, schedule, and performance of program/project
  • Risk and opportunity management of project and its impact up, down and across the stakeholders
  • Preparation and delivery of charts, briefings, reports, documents
  • Coordination and execution of meetings/reviews
  • Change Management, including proposal preparation for effort planned to be added/removed from existing program/project
  • Consult support to follow-on proposal efforts
  • Prepare and present program/project conference agendas, plans, schedules, performance reviews, meeting minutes,
    and comprehensive plan of actions and milestones (POA&M)
  • Support the management preservation, maintenance, and storage of GFx accountable to this contract

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management of DOD related contracts
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with management of bookings, earnings, cash, revenue, sales)
  • Strong guiding and people management skills
