You will be accountable for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of innovative solutions that drive efficiency, safety, and performance. Your expertise in project management, technical guidance, and collaboration will be instrumental in shaping the future of aerospace technology. You will report directly to our Project Engineering Manager and you will work onsite from our Redmond, WA location. In this role, you will impact the aerospace industry by delivering cutting-edge solutions that improve aircraft performance, enhance safety measures, and optimize operational efficiency. The annual base salary range for this position is $120 - $145. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. RESPONSIBILITIES Leading development teams in a new product development environment Ensure project performance and execution Managing customer relationships Schedule and milestone development/management Understand technology employed on various programs Develop program/project cost estimates Baseline development Program/project metric development and reporting Variance analysis Risk and opportunity development and management Manage supplier relationships Travel within US and/ or internationally may be required, U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.
