Are you ready to help us make the future? As a Reliability Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of our products. Leading a team of reliability engineers, you will develop and implement comprehensive reliability engineering strategies, plans, and processes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will identify and resolve reliability issues throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring a unified and effective approach. Your expertise will be instrumental in analyzing product failure data, implementing corrective actions, and conducting rigorous reliability testing to validate and enhance product performance. You will report directly to our Maintenance Superintendent and you'll work out of our Geismar, LA location. In this role, you will impact the overall reliability and performance of our products, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving the success of our organization.
