As a Sr R&O Maintenance Analyst Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the maintenance and reliability of our operations. You will lead a team of maintenance analysts and supervisors to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our equipment and facilities. Your expertise in maintenance strategies and data analysis will be instrumental in optimizing our maintenance processes and driving continuous improvement. You will report directly to our Maintenance Manager, and you'll work out of our McCook, IL location. In this role, you will impact the reliability and performance of our operations by implementing data-driven maintenance strategies, analyzing equipment performance data, and identifying opportunities for improvement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement maintenance plans, monitor equipment health, and optimize maintenance schedules. Your leadership will be critical in driving a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring the highest level of equipment reliability and availability. Key Responsibilities:
