With a network of offices nationwide, our commitment to collaboration allows us to offer national resources combined with local service. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administrative Support for Circles: Assist the Customer Experience Director by managing calendars, project logs, and agendas for assigned Circles to ensure smooth client operations.
- Resource Coordination and Client Service Delivery: Coordinate subject matter experts and resources into the Circle as needed to facilitate seamless and effective client service delivery.
- Escalated Issue Resolution: Address escalated HR/employee and billing issues both internally and externally, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution.
- Payroll Audit Oversight: Manage and oversee the payroll audit process, ensuring thorough review and resolution of any discrepancies or issues.
- Client Program Participation & Documentation: Work with clients to ensure program participation and utilization goals are met, while assisting in the completion of internal plan setup documentation (e.g., RST, plan build documents).
- Issue Research & Carrier Liaison: Lead the resolution of client issues related to plans, rates, compliance documents, and high-level topics (e.g., ACA, Section 125); act as a liaison with carriers to ensure contract accuracy and compliance.
- Renewal Management & Quality Control: Track ancillary renewals, coordinate the annual renewal process, ensure client deliverables are met on time, and manage quality control of materials like open enrollment handbooks and compliance documents.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education & Experience: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum of 3 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- License Requirements: NYS Life, Accident & Health license and a valid Driver's License
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong knowledge of employee welfare plans, health insurance regulations (including ACA changes), and related terminology, with the ability to work independently and manage initiatives to completion. Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse individuals and provide support across various situations.

The salary range is $58K to $65K per year.
