Position Summary: We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager position will provide direction and human resources support for the Access Center site in Nevada and will also be the backup for Florida when needed The HR Manager will work in conjunction with the Access Center site leaders and corporate HR departments The HR Manager will work with recruitment/staffing to ensure recruitment goals are met The HR Manager supports operational objectives by achievement of program specific recruitment and site retention goals The HR Manager will also assess and anticipate HR related needs Communicating needs proactively with Corporate HR the access center site leaders and develop integrated solutions This role will be on-site full time at the Nevada Access Center. Minimum Qualifications: To qualify you must have a Bachelors Degree and 5 7 years of HR generalist experience; strong knowledge of Employee Labor Relations required. Proficiency in using various Microsoft Office applications such as World Excel Access PowerPoint and Outlook. Familiar with Internet applications. Effective verbal written and interpersonal skills. Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and must work and communicate effectively with both internal and external customers. Ability to work within a team environment as well as independently. Strong time management skills and ability to work well under pressure. Ability to project manage and to multitask while paying attention to details is essential. Strong analytical problem solving and consultative skills. Strong follow up skills. Ability to analyze interpret and utilize data to formulate recommendations. Qualified candidates must effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
