This position is responsible for an array of administrative duties in support of the pricing function. This primarily includes maintaining pricing & related master data within our ERP (SAP) to accurately reflect the decisions made by the business while supporting updates to corresponding sales facing price lists. The Pricing Administrator will work cross functionally to achieve alignment and clear understanding of pricing related decisions for which they will execute. This job will be expected to perform duties Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. Occasional travel may be required, 10% or less.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate updates of pricing information in our ERP system based on pricing decisions made by business leaders
  • Own ERP maintenance associated with both market-wide and market/customer specific price increases and or decreases
  • Maintain accurate market price lists ensuring timely updates and distribution
  • Provide material and customer master data administrative maintenance in our ERP system
  • Review and provide appropriate documentation for weekly audit compliance
  • Establish and maintain documentation on pricing department processes ensuring standard work is current/accurate
  • Serve as back-up support for Pricing Analysts as needed
  • Run pricing reports and support compilation of pricing metrics on an as needed basis
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Windows with preference for above average skills with Microsoft Excel

Education and Experience:

  • Required:
    • High School Diploma
    • 2 years related work experience
  • Preferred:
    • Bachelor's degree
    • 3-5 years related work experience
