We are seeking a Global Medical Affairs Leader (GMAL) for Diagnostics , to join us at our Gaithersburg MD site in the greater DC Metro area. Reporting to the Global Head of Medical Diagnostics, the GMAL will play a key leadership role, working to define and deliver medical strategies across Hematology and will work collaboratively with colleagues on cross Tumor asset strategies. The post holder will have specific ownership of key strategic elements of the medical plans, for complex, large/multiple indications or have full responsibility for the medical plan single indications. What You'll Do: Serving as the strategic leader, representing the Medical vision in key internal forums driving agenda items and actioning accordingly, the key tasks of the Diagnostic GMAL include:

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $ 185,412 - $278,119 . Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
