Description

We are seeking Master's and MBA students majoring in Business, Product Management, Information Technology, or a related field for two 12-Week Student Intern roles to be working in Gaithersburg, MD for a May 19th - August 8th contract period.

Position Duties:

This role has two separate headcount for the descriptions listed below.

Future of CRM & AI Workstream:
  • Contribute to support the design of NextGen CRM capabilities, focusing on how AI can enable insights and engagement strategies within oncology.
  • Work with the team/key stakeholders in identifying user needs and mapping CRM workflows.
  • Conduct analyses to improve customer engagements and GenAI insights initiatives.

Future of Web Channel Strategy:
  • Support in shaping the web channel strategy for various brands within AstraZeneca's oncology business by mapping user journeys and analyzing performance metrics to enhance digital experiences.
  • Contribute to the evolution of web strategy product, focusing on the design system and innovation tools.

Position Requirements:
  • Master's and MBA students majoring in Business, Product Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Candidates must have an expected graduation date after August 2025.
  • Strong digital product development skills and UI/UX and customer need assessment skills required.
  • Experience delivering digital products is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of GenAI driven insights and automation is required.
  • Excellent communication skills required.
  • Enthusiasm for collaboration, cross-functional projects, public speaking, and presentation design.
  • US Work Authorization is required at time of application.
  • This role will not be providing CPT/OPT support.
  • Ability to report onsite to Gaithersburg, MD for 3-5 days a week. This role will not provide relocation assistance.
  • Minimum grade point average of 3.0
