Omnichannel Program Manager Location: Wilmington, Delaware Introduction to Role: Join our dynamic team as an Omnichannel Program Manager, where you will manage the end-to-end delivery of integrated customer experiences defined by our brand marketing teams. This role is perfect for an experienced leader who thrives in encouraging a progressive approach, coaching team members, and leading organizational transformations. Accountabilities: As an Omnichannel Program Manager, you will serve as the Single Point of Contact for Delivery and manage a clear and concise process for demand intake. You will drive discussions to understand the level of effort associated with backlog items, prioritize tasks, and define scope for delivery schedules. Your role will also involve facilitating cross-functional collaboration, leading daily calls, running periodic planning sessions, and maintaining a high-level view into resource capacity.
