Habitat for Humanity International (HFHI) is currently seeking a professional to fill the role of ERP IT Organizational Change Manager (OCM). This person will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation, adoption and utilization of a new HR and Finance system across the organization. This individual will implement change management strategies, facilitate effective communication, engage stakeholders, and facilitate/monitor end user training to ensure a smooth transition from current processes to the new ERP system. The IT OCM will work closely with IT, HR, Finance, business leaders, and external consultants to minimize resistance, enhance employee engagement, and ensure overall project success. This role is crucial to ensuring the organization maximizes the benefits of the ERP investment.

This position may be based remotely within the US and requires 20% travel.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


*Change Management Strategy Implementation (30%)
*Work with external consultants to implement the overall change management strategy for the ERP implementation.
*Facilitate the change management approach, methodology, tools, and processes to drive engagement, minimize resistance, and ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.

Stakeholder Management and Engagement (20%)
*Identify key stakeholders across departments, including business and technical teams.
*Build and manage relationships with these groups, ensuring their concerns are addressed and that they are actively engaged throughout the project lifecycle.

Communication Planning and Execution (15%)
*Execute comprehensive communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about the progress of the ERP implementation.
*Ensure clarity in messaging around benefits, timelines, and any potential disruptions.

Training and Development Programs (15%)
*Lead the design and implementation of training initiatives to ensure that employees are adequately prepared to utilize the new ERP system.
*Ensure training documentation is comprehensive and cohesive.
*Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and provide ongoing learning opportunities post-implementation.

Readiness Monitoring and Change Impact Assessment (10%)
*Monitor Readiness criteria for individual workstreams.
*Conduct change impact assessments to understand how different teams and departments will be affected by the new ERP system.
*Develop plans to mitigate negative impacts and maximize the system's advantages.

Resistance Management (5%)
*Proactively identify resistance to change and work with department heads, and project teams to address concerns and create strategies to overcome barriers.

Post-Implementation Support and Continuous Improvement (5%)
*Support continuous improvement efforts post-go-live.
*Collect feedback from users, analyze gaps in adoption, and adjust change management approaches as needed to ensure long-term success.

REQUIREMENTS:

*Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
*5+ years of related experience in leading organizational change management initiatives, particularly related to ERP or large-scale technology implementations.
*Demonstrated experience in developing and executing communication plans and training strategies.
*Experience working across multiple functions and levels of the organization. Knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies
*Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
*Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
*Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

PREFERRED:

*Experience working in a fully remote environment
*ITIL Foundation or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
*Additional certifications related to ERP systems (e.g. Workday, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
*Experience working within non-profit, global, or mission-driven organizations.

The actual salary offered for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including location, internal equity and the candidate's qualifications and professional experience. HFHI offers a competitive, comprehensive benefits package that varies by country and typically includes vacation leave, sick leave, personal days, health insurance options, retirement plan contributions and life insurance. For work locations in the US, the hiring range for this position is $116,030 to $136,500.
