Position Overview The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is seeking an organized, professional, and results oriented individual to serve as Case Assignment and Placement Team Supervisor. Under direction, this position will monitor clerical staff engaged in the provision of complex, specialized functions requiring the application of agency policies and procedures and the utilization of independent judgment. This position will provide oversight of the determination of appropriate DCFS codes and MARS/CYCIS screens for inputting placement payment, case registration, case opening, and medical eligibility information. This position provides a great opportunity for someone who is interested in providing support to the Department's child welfare efforts through the supervision of supporting staff engaged in the case assignment and problem resolution process.
