Position Overview The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is seeking an organized, professional, and energetic individual to serve as Subsidy Support Team Supervisor. Under administrative direction, this position will plan, review, and coordinate the activities of a team of professional staff engaged in the provision of pre and post adoption and guardianship services. Additionally, the position will monitor to ensure that staff make appropriate decisions regarding approval of adoptive placements and subsidies. This position provides a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about children and interested in providing leadership of a team of child welfare professionals focused on adoption services.
