Duties include but are not limited to: Recruit, hire and train through cost effective recruiting tools Create and develop the culture of the local direct marketing team, through personal role modeling desired behaviors and techniques, and delivering a world-class customer experience across each touchpoint Supervise direct marketing field activities including training, role playing, daily meetings, field supervision, and motivating team members Monitor and coach your team to ensure they are following proper procedures, scripts and customer service guidelines Execute direct marketing strategies that help the region generate and develop leads via door-to-door activities Actively supervise program launch through a combination of strategic staffing, training, planning, scheduling, and management of direct marketing activities Maximize deployment of your team and develop growth strategies for your market Lead your team on planning and delivery of direct marketing activities and events that support objectives and go-to-market strategies within the market Ability to provide the above while: Coordinating direct marketing with mapping and tracking permit logistics and direct marketing communication, organization of lead documents, and verification of leads from team Providing timely tracking and entering of marketing data into corporate database Providing the appropriate communication to fellow teammates and departments Developing and providing advanced training on Direct Marketing protocols while monitoring the quality of leads and team performance Pay and Benefits: Pay for this role is 70k annually, plus uncapped bonus. Annual on target earnings potential between 97K - 130K Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision 401k with employer match Supplemental benefits, including: life insurance, short and long-term disability, accident coverage, and critical illness coverage PTO Paid Holidays including a flex holiday off of your choice Requirements Leadership Skills: 4+ years of team leadership. Ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring that canvassers are engaged, informed, and effective in their roles. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for training, providing feedback, and interacting with the public, team members, and partnered department leaders. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage schedules, track progress, and maintain records of canvassing efforts efficiently. Experience in Canvassing or Fieldwork: 2+ years of prior experience in canvassing, campaigning, or similar fieldwork helps in understanding the nuances of the role. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think on your feet and address challenges that arise in the field, whether with team dynamics or logistical issues. Data Management Skills: Familiarity with data collection tools and software to track canvassing metrics and report outcomes effectively. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to connect with diverse groups of people, fostering positive interactions and building rapport quickly. Training and Coaching Skills: Experience in training and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance. Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust strategies based on real-time feedback and changing conditions in the field. Knowledge of Local Strategies: Understanding of the community and the specific strategy that are relevant to the canvassing efforts, which helps in effectively communicating with the public. Commitment to the Cause: A strong belief in the mission or cause being represented, which can inspire and motivate the team and enhance their effectiveness. Driving: Valid Drivers License with an insurable driving record Salary Description 70k annually plus bonus
