Job Details Renewal by Andersen is growing and adding a Warranty Coordinator to our Operations Team. This role is responsible for being the point of contact for customers when experiencing product and service issues. Locally, we've been voted Idaho's Best Window & Door Company for 2022 and 2023. What You'll Be Doing: Successfully handle customer contact to diagnose and resolve product and service issues Order product and manage warranty bills and charge backs Manage jobs efficiently to fill the warranty calendar Ensure discipline in ordering timeframes and customer touch points Handle post-job calls with homeowners Capture accurate documentation of customer interactions and documents into the systems and maintain customer warranty files Work closely with the installation, service and warranty teams Submit all warranty billable items in a timely manner Keep systems updated with warranty work orders Order, ship, track, and ensure warranty parts are available for jobs Handle communication with fellow teammates in a timely manner Maintain a high level of customer service and accuracy in work What We Offer: Career growth 401K with employer match Medical, Dental, Vision, and supplementary benefits Paid holidays plus a flex holiday off - your choice PTO accrual of 14 days annually Requirements Team player Ability to prioritize tasks Proven problem-solving skills Customer service focused Experience in a construction field preferred, but not required Ability to multi-task and prioritize among assignments with a strong adherence to deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be organized, detail oriented and self-motivating Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow Salary Description $24/hourly |
