Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversity Honeywell is hiring a Human Resources Manager to sit on-site at our Urbana, OH location. As a Human Resources Manager here at Honeywell, you will provide support to multiple business functions and business groups, ensuring effective HR strategies and practices are implemented. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into effective HR solutions that align with our organizational objectives. You will report directly to our Director, Human Resources and you will work on-site (5-days a week) out of our Urbana, Ohio location. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization by driving employee engagement, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and other HR initiatives.
