Are you ready to help us make the future? ABOUT THE ROLE Honeywell is currently recruiting for a Sr. HSE Engineer - Site HSE Leader to join our team in Fombell, PA. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing HSE support for the Honeywell Electronic Materials business unit's manufacturing facility, partnering with cross-functional facility teams and leaders. You will lead various Health, Safety, and Environmental related activities to ensure regulatory and company requirement compliance. You will interact with employees and supervisors to coach on HSE issues, influence personnel to improve HSE standards through use of standard work, Gembas, rapid problem solving, and visual management.
