You will provide expert technical support to our customers, resolving complex issues and ensuring their satisfaction. Your ability to analyze and solve problems will be crucial in delivering exceptional support and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers. You will report directly to our Sr. Technical Support Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Louisville, Kentucky location on a Hybrid work schedule. Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F.
