Job Description:

This internship is designed to be an 11-week full-time opportunity beginning June 2025 and concluding August 2025. The program is ideal for rising senior undergraduates seeking experience and exposure to diverse careers in healthcare. Youll work specifically with our Strategic Enablement & Communications Team which is responsible for internal, divisional strategy and communication, event management, and performance dashboards.

The Strategy & Communications intern sits on the Strategic Enablement, Communications and Operations team responsible for driving implementation of strategic initiatives with operational support follow up. The intern would focus on strategy and communications responsibilities including:
  • Supporting divisional communications (monthly newsletters, SharePoint site) and event planning and execution (divisional meetings) for 450+ employees
  • Executing divisional culture initiatives (learning sessions, employee outreach)
  • Updating performance dashboards and gathering metrics from business areas
  • Creating PowerPoint presentations and standard operating procedure documentation

Education Level :

Undergraduate Track: Sophomore or Junior pursuing a Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing or other Business-related degree with a cumulative GPA of 3.5 GPA.

Required Abilities/Skills :
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to write for different audiences
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Project management experience
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Power BI, Adobe suite, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferred, not required)

Salary Range Disclaimer

The hire range posted is an annual rate. All intern positions will be paid hourly.
