THE ROLE The Sr. Consultant- UX role will be responsible for designing intuitive and efficient user interfaces for our applications and platforms. The incumbent will collaborate closely with cross-functional agile teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and user needs and translate them into user-centric design solutions. The role will drive user centered design activities/processes to ensure that designated users effectively utilize technology tools for business operations and client engagement while further developing our UX strategy maturity. The role will support usability, online experience, component customization, and client personalization efforts on our technology tools (both desktop and mobile). Additionally, this role is responsible for setting uniform design standards, measuring the adoption of new functionality, and increasing overall user satisfaction and productivity. WHAT YOU WILL DO
