As the Breast Cancer Congress Strategy Medical Lead, you will be an integral part of the Breast medical team, reporting to the Breast Cancer US Medical Franchise Head. Your role will involve developing the overall strategic priorities for all key Breast congresses, covering Small molecules and ADC assets indications. You will work collaboratively with the US Medical Leads, US commercial, GMA, and R&D teams to ensure accurate planning and execution, improving alignments and optimizing resources. Introduction to Role: Your responsibilities will include developing a strategic plan for regional and local Breast Cancer congresses to ensure effective execution. You will serve as the key point of contact on the US Breast Medical Team for all US and International Breast Cancer Congresses. As a Breast Cancer Congress Strategy Medical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in demonstrating our scientific capabilities to advance our priorities by successfully delivering a comprehensive medical congress plan. This will involve close collaboration with the US marketing, global medical affairs, and R&D teams. The role carries leadership responsibilities that are essential for achieving AZ business objectives and portfolio value targets. Working closely with the US Breast Cancer Medical Franchise Head, you will collaborate across the AZ Breast Cancer Franchise. You will be a critical part of the US Medical Franchise Team, enabling cross-functional teams to successfully deliver on and be accountable for supporting our approved early and late-stage assets for the Breast Cancer Congresses. The annual base pay for this position ranges from $185,412.80 to $278,119.20. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
