About the GTO Team: In Biologics Global Technical Operations (GTO), we collaborate closely with AstraZeneca's manufacturing network (internal sites and external partners), R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams. Our mission is to provide technical leadership, ensuring the delivery of quality products to patients and supporting our product pipeline. The Product Champion serves as the technical lead for assigned product(s) throughout their lifecycle. What you'll do:

Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles).
