We were founded in 2008 by pre-eminent psychiatrists and psychologists and treat 6,000+ patients per year. With the critical need for mental health care and eating disorder treatment, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, we're looking for passionate and qualified professionals who will live out our mission to help save the lives of our patients.

What you'll be doing:

This is by no means a "behind-the-scenes" role, as your work will help the company serve patients daily in a multitude of ways.

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions to meet our business requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions and deliver high-quality Salesforce-based applications. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of technical expertise, a passion for innovation, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that align with our business objectives. They have substantial experience with leading the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, especially in a healthcare setting.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Development: Building custom functionalities, integrations, and user interfaces using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
Solution Design: This involves collaborating with stakeholders, understanding business requirements, and designing effective solutions using Salesforce technologies
Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support
Testing, Quality Assurance and Code Reviews: Developing and executing test plans, performing unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Submitting and reviewing pull requests
Maintenance and Support: Providing ongoing maintenance, support, troubleshooting, system upgrades, and enhancements
Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Documenting technical designs, code, configurations, and system processes, and sharing knowledge with the team

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field required
Platform Developer I and Platform App Builder certifications required
Platform Developer II preferred
5+ years development experience (must be a mix of Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud, the Salesforce platform, and developing ecosystems outside of Salesforce).
Javascript / HTML / CSS
SFDX CLI
Proficiency in: • Apex • Lightning Web Components • Visualforce • Flows and other declarative automation tools • Async design patterns in Salesforce • Platform Events • Queueable jobs • Batch jobs • Future methods • Scrum agile methodology • DevOps processes leveraging Git and CI/CD • Visual Studio Code and Salesforce extensions
Exceptional problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of general integration concepts such as setting up or making HTTP requests preferred
Understanding of React JavaScript library preferred
General knowledge of Marketing Cloud Development preferred
General knowledge of Mulesoft Development preferred

Compensation starting range for the Sr Salesforce Developer role is $120,000 to $140,000. Ranges are based upon market expectations and are dependent upon candidate experience.
