In this role, you will lead project engineering efforts for cryogenic research and development projects, and will assist in developing new concepts, writing project proposals, and developing innovative technologies for future products. YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE: Collaborating with program management, technical personnel, functional leadership and support organizations to drive the successful delivery of highly specialized systems Managing the execution of a work packages for a component or subsystem involving multiple scientific and engineering disciplines Providing input to cost, schedule, and technical decisions for multi-disciplinary engineering teams of up to five people, often needing to decipher ambiguous or conflicting information Understanding the technical requirements of a project so that you can provide information to the execution team and program manager when conflicts arise Preparing and delivering internal reports on project status including, but not limited to, estimates at complete, delivery dates, risk status, and recovery plans Preparing, approving, and delivering documentation, as prescribed by contract requirements The annual base salary for this position is $73,000.00 - $91,300.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
