You will report directly to our Customer Success Manager and you'll work out of our Raleigh, NC location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the company by driving customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion. Your ability to build strong relationships, comprehend customer needs, and deliver exceptional service will be instrumental in shaping our customer success strategies and driving business success.
