As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our production facility across shifts in Freeport, Illinois. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient production of our products, meeting quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in optimizing production processes, managing resources, and fostering a culture of operational excellence. You will report directly to our Operations Manager and you'll work out of our Freeport, Illinois location. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our operations. You will be responsible for driving productivity, ensuring on-time delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards. Your ability to lead and motivate a team, implement process improvements, and drive operational efficiency will be key to achieving our production goals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The annual base salary range for this position is $73,000-$91,300. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
