Driving Infinite Possibilities Within A Diversified, Global Organization This position is part of the Customer & Commercial Enablement organization (CCX). As a Data Migration Lead for Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) for CCX, you will hold a strategic leadership position in the data migration team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient and accurate transfer of data from legacy systems to the Honeywell platforms. You will develop and implement data migration strategies and procedures to ensure a smooth transition and minimize disruption to business operations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be crucial as you work together to identify data requirements, validate data quality, and ensure data integrity. Your strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills will be instrumental in driving successful data migration initiatives. In this role, you will impact the success of mergers and acquisitions by ensuring the seamless transfer of data and enabling business continuity. You will report directly to our Sr Director IT and work out of our Phoenix, AZ or Charlotte, NC locations on a hybrid work schedule. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
