OVERVIEW Group Benefits, an Alera Group company is looking for an Employee Benefits, Account Manager. We are passionate about our clients' success in the areas of Employee Benefits, Property and Casualty Insurance, Retirement Plan Services, and Wealth Services. With a network of offices nationwide, our commitment to collaboration allows us to offer national resources combined with local service. RESPONSIBILITIES Oversight of accounts, managing client and carrier relationships, and maintaining effective customer service for all assigned clients. Other responsibilities include in-depth understanding and knowledge of health care reform and compliance and labor laws affecting employee benefits and their administration.
