Title and Summary Senior People Specialist Overview: The People & Capability team is looking for a Senior People Specialist to help drive the execution of key people priorities for the Services Business Development and B2B Marketing team. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the People Business Partner roles and the businesses they support. The individual in this role will work in close collaboration with People Business Partners, Centers of Expertise, and business executives to ensure programs, processes and initiatives are implemented and managed effectively. This position reports into the Senior Vice President supporting the Services Business Development and B2B Marketing teams and within the People & Capability function. Role: • Manages timely delivery of day-to-day People & Capability activities by working with key stakeholders across the business • Supports the communications and roll-out of People & Capability solutions aimed at enhancing the employee experience and building a high performing and inclusive culture • Supports project-based initiatives including organizational effectiveness, change management and other key P&C priorities • Drills down on data analysis to generate actionable insights for People Business Partners and business leaders within specific functions • Contributes on effective position management and headcount cost tracking efforts • Lends additional support to People Business Partners and the business to ensure HR systems and platforms are utilized effectively with a focus on end user experience All About You: • Comfortable working in fast paced and matrix environments • Demonstrated success coordinating and delivering on tasks while reporting on progress • Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives exercising sound judgment, solutions orientation and flexibility • Strong critical thinking skills and data driven approach to solving problems • Interest in working HR & People Function • Effective written and verbal communication • Comfortable working with excel to deliver analysis • Experience with Workday system a plus Salary range: $90,000-139,000 Mastercard is an inclusive equal opportunity employer that considers applicants without regard to gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, disabled or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
