We're consistently growing and looking for new talent to add to our already amazing team. We're looking for a Senior Direct Marketing Manager. This Senior Manager position exists to provide a world-class team and homeowner experience across all Direct Marketing teams. This role will coach and develop Direct Marketing leaders and ensure the entire Direct Marketing team, across all territories, meets or exceeds KPI goals. Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to: Lead, manage, motivate, mentor, and supervise a team of director marketers with a direct hands-on approach, provides motivation and coaching to help team reach daily, weekly and monthly goals. Recruit, hire, and train canvassers through cost effective recruiting tools. Create and develop the culture of the local marketing team, through personal role modeling desired behaviors and techniques. Deliver a world-class customer experience across every touchpoint with the focus on exceeding homeowners' expectations and delivering delight. Use analytics and metrics to drive decisions and planning. Delivers world class training program by: Overseeing all marketing field activities, including training, role playing, daily meetings, field supervision and motivating team members. Monitoring, motivating, and coaching every team member to ensure they are following proper procedures, scripts and customer service guidelines. Can Provide Strategy Management and Tactical Execution: Execute direct marketing strategies that help to generate and develop leads via door-to-door activities. Actively manage program launch Maximize deployment of the canvassers and develop growth strategies for your market. Lead the team of canvassers on planning and delivery of canvass activities and events Has the ability to provide the above while: Being an active member of the marketing leadership team. Creating an annual budget Coordinating marketing logistics with mapping and tracking permit logistics, script and flyer maintenance, organizing field lead sheets, verifying / validating leads gathered during each shift. Providing timely tracking and entering of marketing data Providing information to appropriate teammates and departments Developing and training on advanced direct marketing protocols and monitoring quality of the leads, marketers and adherence to the pitch. Excellent training, motivating, and coaching skills. Requires weekend work. Ability to think strategically, with strong project management skills, including attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to self-manage resources (time and budget) to achieve objectives. Ability to analyze effectiveness of direct marketing program and marketing team. Ability to understand the role of marketing communications, sales promotion and advertising. Ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills. Demonstrated analytic and metric skills. Above average in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel. Valid Driver's License and insurable driving record. Physical Demands: The physical demand described here is representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to bend, stoop, reach, and carry up to 50 lbs. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, and use hands. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close and distance vision. Communication requirements include English verbal speech and written communication. Salary Description 120k annually plus bonus
