Position Summary: We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Messenger Transporter. In this role, the successful transporter/runner provides patient transportation services via bed stretcher or wheelchair to all areas within the Medical Center. Job Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications: Must be able to speak, read, understand and follow simple directions in English. Some motor dexterity is required. Good interpersonal skills are necessary. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED or experience in related field. Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $45,154.25 - $49,142.82 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need.
