Job Details - WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING - THE ROLE - Identify and implement best practice SOP's for production department while holding team accountable to these standards. - Conduct job site visits to ensure RbA standards are met. - Track and report all production department findings to Director of Production for appropriate Installer training. - Assign and manage production department job site evaluation schedules in Enabled. Ensure that site visits are being done when a site evaluator does not have an appointment. - Work closely with Director of Production to create measurable processes for all existing and future Installation Managers. - Train Installation Managers through scheduled ride-alongs.
