Sr. Operational Excellence Analyst Sr. Operational Excellence Analyst for Intelligrated Systems, LLC (Mason, OH) RESPONSIBILITIES: Developing and refining your program analyzing skills in an integrated business transformation team to deliver innovative products and services to Honeywell Intelligrated customers worldwide. Support program baseline and execution to measure the success of Honeywell Intelligrated value streams as well as Order to Cash and Working Capital goals. With the help of project sponsor, define the problem and build a functional team to document and map "As-Is" business processes. Using Six Sigma tools such as Failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), STAR model, Root Cause Analysis - ex. 5 Why's / Fishbone Diagram, identify undesirable observations (UDOs) and study data using Python/Tableau/Power BI. Test & Analyze to Prove/Deny Hypotheses, perform fit/gap analysis, change impact analysis, Cost Savings/ROI Analysis. Prepare UDO Prioritization & Execution Plan, "To-Be" process maps, and/or other business process change related documentation. Drive control plans, Communication and training plans, process improvement and metrics. Lead business process improvement initiatives; and align priorities with leadership and report progress. Train, lead and guide fellow teammates and new hires to help them progress to six sigma certification. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Job Site: Mason, OH 40 hours/week Eligible for Employee Referral Program: $1500 If offered employment must have legal right to work in U.S. EOE. YOU MUST HAVE: Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering or related field and five (5) years of experience. Full term of experience must include: financial data compilation; ROI analysis; project management and metrics management. Must possess two (2) years of leadership experience in the following: in a manufacturing environment; and leading large scale transformation project management experience with proven track record. Must possess Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification with 5 years of hands-on lean six sigma experience. Up to 20% international and domestic travel required. Telecommuting permitted up to two (2) times per week. Additional Information
