Deliver business value through Right and Fast partnership We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Senior IT Architect specializing in Search Technologies to lead the design, development, and optimization of our enterprise search platforms. This role will be instrumental in shaping the future of search experience for our users by working on scalable, high-performance solutions that leverage advanced technologies such as NLP, AI, and Machine Learning. As a Senior IT Architect, you will collaborate with business teams, software developers, and operations teams to build next-generation search capabilities, focusing on performance, data quality, intelligent tagging, personalization, and user experience (UX) enhancements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise search architecture, with a track record of successful implementations. In this role, you will report directly to our Sr Director IT and work out of our Charlotte, NC, Atlanta, GA, or Phoenix, AZ locations on a hybrid work schedule. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
