Lead Technology Risk Analyst

Overview

Technology Risk Management (TRM) is a key component of Mastercard's three lines of defense model, enabling first-line technology risk management through implementation of risk and control methodology and best practices, control advisement and monitoring, and assurance to external stakeholders (i.e., regulators and customers).

The Role
The Lead Technology Risk Analyst is responsible for managing the implementation of the product roadmap/strategy and the operationalization of in-scope GRC tools and relevant processes in alignment with enterprise framework requirements. This role will directly support the Archer Controls Assurance Program Management (CAPM) module, including product, operationalization, and day-to-day support.

Responsibilities include:
• Create process designs, customer personas, and functional/technical systems and architecture requirements to support GRC strategy
• Serve as the product lead for specific Archer Solutions (i.e., CAPM), developing and maintaining CAPM roadmap, strategy, and prioritization
• Work directly with Development and supporting teams to facilitate PI Planning and elaborate features, translating functional requirements to technical requirements and actioning/prioritizing enhancements
• Support Archer releases, including the completion of UAT and Production testing; create test plans
• Manage and assess Archer requests from internal stakeholders; understand the business value related to features and functions; effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders
• Design and implement the operationalization of CAPM, including the creation of roll-out plans, SOPs, training, and supporting comms
• Support the day-to-day management, operations, and support of in-scope modules
• Provide subject matter expertise in support of strategic GRC initiatives
• Ability to connect both on an individual level and in large groups; capacity to enforce accountability in cross-functional teams
• Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
All About You
• Substantial experience in RSA Archer or equivalent GRC tools; knowledge in CAPM and/or other assurance testing applications a plus
• Experience in project management
• Strong analytical and risk intelligence capability
• Proficiency in designing data models and workflows
• Demonstrated problem solving skills, sound business judgment, and creative resourcefulness
• Has an ability to perform independently in an open, fast-paced technology environment
• Experience with control identification / testing
• Results-proven track record of exceeding goals and a bottom-line orientation
• Highly developed presentation, facilitation, and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Risk mindset with ability to think outside the box and affect change across the organization
• Displays a leadership presence and ability to earn trust
• Collaborative and team-oriented work style
• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
