    Position Overview: Clerical Level III Diamondhead Education Center
    Hours/Day: 8
    Days/Week: 5
    Days/Year: 261
    Compensation/benefits: Per Association of Clerical Employees Contract

    Primary Responsibilities:
    • Greet and Direct public visiting Diamonhead Education Center
    • Answer main phone for incoming district calls and forward them to appropriate staff, department, or school
    • Accept and sort any mail or packages delivered to the main door of Dianondhead Education Center

    Qualifications:
    • 2 years of post-secondary education, 4 year degree preferred or any combination of applicable experience and education
    • 2-3 years of previous office, computer and accounting if applicable
    • 2 years of experience in a school environment desired
