The Clinical Operations Analyst (Non IT) plays a pivotal role in GEHA and is responsible for the analysis, development, and delivery of comprehensive clinical reports that provide actionable insights to senior leadership. This position requires a strong background in healthcare data analysis, a deep understanding of clinical operations, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful, actionable information. This role will help meet the executive reporting and clinical specific data reporting needs for clinical operations, specific to executive needs (CMO) and for all clinical departments within GEHA. This role will cross functionally support all clinical departments, including Clinical Quality, Population Health, Dental, Pharmacy, Medical Management, and Health & Well-being. The individual will work in close partnership with the Director of Operations and Transformation to meet the needs of the Clinical Operations Division. The annual base salary range for this position is $67,396 - $95,004 USD.
