Resp & Qualifications PURPOSE The Sr. Data Scientist is responsible for managing health equity data governance and advancing data initiatives across the enterprise. This role plays a critical part in supporting and advancing health equity and public health initiatives by acting as the liaison between various data system leads across the organization. The position also involves providing operational governance oversight, offering advisory support in identifying control improvements and governance opportunities, and coordinating internal audits. Additionally, the Sr. Data Scientist utilizes numerical techniques, algorithms, and models in statistical modeling, machine learning, and data mining to address business challenges and support enterprise-wide data science initiatives. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
QUALIFICATIONS: Education Level: Bachelor's Degree, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field OR In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
