As a Chemical Process Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in leading and driving chemical engineering excellence within the company. You will be responsible for providing technical leadership, expertise, and guidance in the design, development, and implementation of chemical processes and solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and improvement, ensuring the successful execution of projects. You will report directly to our Operations Manager, and you'll work out of our Geismar, Louisiana location. In this role, you will impact the company by driving technical excellence, project leadership, process optimization, collaboration, and safety. Your expertise and leadership will contribute to the company's growth, competitiveness, and success in the market.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • 2+ years of experience in chemical engineering
  • Proven expertise in chemical engineering principles and practices
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience in product development and improvement
  • Knowledge of process simulation software
