As a Lead Manufacturing Associate at Honeywell, you will be accountable for lead manufacturing Maintenance in our Baton Rouge location within the Energy & Sustainability Solutions (ESS) business unit. You will report directly to our Maintenance Manager and work on-site in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient and effective manufacturing maintenance, meeting production targets, and maintaining quality standards. You will guide a team of manufacturing associates, providing guidance, training, and facilitation to ensure their success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Guide and supervise a team of manufacturing associates, providing guidance, training, and facilitation

  • Ensure manufacturing operations meet production targets and quality standards

  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

  • Work with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation

In October 2024, Honeywell announced the spin-off of our Advanced Materials business to become a stand-alone publicly traded company, independent of Honeywell. Our intention is that this role, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be a part of this future transaction when the separation occurs.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance

  • Strong guide skills and the ability to effectively manage a team

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

WE VALUE

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field

  • Experience in a supervisory or guide role in manufacturing

  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing ethics

  • Strong communication and people-oriented skills
