ISC Production Supervisor at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing shift production operations at our Orange, Texas site. You will lead a team of chemical operators, ensuring that production targets are met, quality standards are upheld, and safety protocols are followed. Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive operational excellence will contribute to the overall success of the company and the shift team. You will report directly to our Operations Manager and work a rotating shift schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and productivity of our production processes, ensuring that products are manufactured in a timely manner and meet the highest quality standards by following all procedures, policies, and guidelines. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Oversee and manage a production operations team, ensuring that production targets are met. • Lead and motivate a team of production workers, providing guidance and support. • Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. • Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement. *This role is 12-hour shifts- rotating- nights, weekend, holidays* In October, 2024 Honeywell announced the spin-off of our Advanced Materials business to become a stand-alone publicly traded company, independent of Honeywell. Our intention is that this role, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be a part of this future transaction when the separation occurs. YOU MUST HAVE • 5+ years of experience in production supervision or a similar role. • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Knowledge of production processes and quality standards. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Employee Performance and Development experience. *This role is 12-hour shifts- rotating- nights, weekend, holidays* WE VALUE • Bachelor's degree in Process Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field. • Supervisory Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies. • Experience with Microsoft office 365 • SAP Experience Additional Information
