Innovate to solve the world's most important challenges As a Lead Manufacturing Associate at Honeywell, you will be accountable for lead manufacturing Maintenance in our Baton Rouge location within the Energy & Sustainability Solutions (ESS) business unit. You will report directly to our Maintenance Manager and work on-site in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring efficient and effective manufacturing maintenance, meeting production targets, and maintaining quality standards. You will guide a team of manufacturing associates, providing guidance, training, and facilitation to ensure their success. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
