Driving Infinite Possibilities Within A Diversified, Global Organization As a Sr Program Controls Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the control and coordination of various aspects of a program, such as scheduling, cost management, risk assessment, and reporting. You will report directly to our Program Controls guide and you'll work out of our [City, State] location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our programs by ensuring effective program controls and providing insights and recommendations to drive project success. You will work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. The annual base salary range for this position is $86,400 - $130,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status. YOU MUST HAVE • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program controls, project management, or related roles with earned value experience • Strong guide and team management skills • Excellent thoughtful and problem-solving skills • Strong insight of project management ethics and methodologies • Experience with project planning and scheduling tools • Excellent communication and people-oriented skills WE VALUE • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field • Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred) • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification • Experience in a global organization • Experience in managing projects in a matrix organization • Strong negotiation and influencing skills • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment ABOUT HONEYWELL Honeywell International Inc.
