IT Program Manager IT Program Manager for Honeywell International, Inc. (Charlotte, NC) RESPONSIBILITES: Lead and coordinate Agile Release Trains (ARTs) by facilitating program increment (PI) planning, prioritizing backlog items, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Facilitate the delivery of software releases on schedule, within budget, and with high quality by identifying and mitigating risks, resolving impediments, and ensuring team collaboration. Manage program-level dependencies and escalate issues as necessary to program management or executive leadership. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by coaching teams on Agile and SAFe methodologies and facilitating retrospective meetings. Collaborate with other SAFe Release Train Engineers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution of strategic priorities. Manage people by overseeing their performance and development, providing feedback, and ensuring they have the necessary resources to be successful. Develop and maintain program-level metrics to track progress, identify trends, and inform decision-making. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Agile and SAFe methodologies. YOU MUST HAVE: Qualified applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in the field of Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field, and seven (7) years of Information Technology experience. Must possess five (5) years of experience in the following: Agile methodologies and Scrum experience; program and people management in an Agile environment; on an IT or technology-focused organization focused on Customer and Commercial Excellence driving business growth and success by delivering exceptional customer experiences and optimizing sales and marketing strategies using technology. Must possess a SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) Certification. Up to 10% domestic travel required. Telecommuting permitted up to two (2) times per week. Additional Information
